We are delighted to share that on Wednesday 15th April, we will be welcoming Farmer Gow’s to school for a special full day visit. They will be bringing a selection of farm animals for the children to meet, feed, and handle.

This experience links directly to our termly topic and will provide a fantastic hands on opportunity to consolidate all the learning from Term 4. We’re really looking forward to an enjoyable and memorable day for the children!

The contribution towards the cost of the visitor will be £10.95 per child. Please contact the school office if you have any issues regarding payment, which will be dealt with confidentially. On Wednesday, 22nd April 2026, we have arranged for Jonathan’s Jungle Roadshow to visit our Reception and Year 2 classes. This is an animal encounter session, where the children “get up close and personal with a wide range of animals and mini-beasts for them to meet. If your child is worried or anxious about handling these animals, please inform their class teacher so that they are aware, and where possible, can gently encourage them to get involved. Dear Parents

As part of our ongoing life skills learning in Reception we have arranged a visit to Pizza Express in Marlborough. Jay class will be attending on Thursday 5th February 2026 and Blackbird on Wednesday 11th February 2026. Each class will spend a morning at the restaurant where they will learn about the history of pizza and the ingredients used before getting their hands dirty learning how to make Italian pizzas! We will be leaving school after registration and after eating our pizzas there for lunch, will be returning to school for desert provided by the school.
